As the founder of Telecom Surplus Resources in 2002, Dave manages all the operations of the company from sales to accounting. Spending most of his time with our customers, Dave is always available to assist whenever it is need. Over the past 15 years Dave has created strong relationships throughout the telecommunications industry while focusing on providing his customers with cost-effective equipment solutions.

Prior to TSR, Dave worked in sales positions at Anixter and Encompass. In the 1990s, he earned a bachelor degree in business from the University of Iowa. Outside of work Dave enjoys flying the skies in his Piper Arrow airplane, guiding his friends on rafting tours and skiing the mountains in Colorado and Utah. Dave also relishes the time he spends with his family, watching his two boys grow up with his wife Laura.

Geoff joined Telecom Surplus Resources in 2009 to help grow and improve the business through extensive marketing efforts and setting a benchmark for superior customer service. His main responsibilities include product sales and connecting with prospective clientele.

After spending eight years in the financial services industry as a successful sales representative, Geoff has developed a keen awareness for the need of consistent and reliable business practices. Geoff relishes utilizing his extensive business development experience and good-natured interpersonal skills to provide positive customer experiences.

Geoff earned a bachelor's degree in behavioral psychology from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. He enjoys working with the company and values the camaraderie of his coworkers. Living in close proximity to the Rocky Mountains, Geoff enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hunting, and backpacking. He is especially blessed to have such a devoted Labrador retriever.

In 2008 Brian joined Telecom Surplus Resources to help grow our business after spending the last five years in the real estate industry. Brian assists with client relationships and works toward expanding the existing customer base to increase revenue. Brian is spearheading the new marketing campaign and helping investigate new product lines and business ventures.

Prior to TSR, Brian worked in the home building industry for McStain Neighborhoods and Richmond American Homes doing land acquisition and project management. With these builders, Brian was tasked with expanding the assets of the companies and planning new communities.

Brian earned his bachelors degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California at Davis and his MBA from the University of Arizona. In his free time Brian rides his mountain bike throughout the Denver front range, loves skiing across the western US and landing fish in the many Colorado rivers and streams. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Christine and family in Colorado and California.
